Once you get connected, you won't want to be without them! The FIAT mobile app and Uconnect™ Services are available for Fiat and Fiat Professional vehicles equipped with the new Uconnect™ Box, which is currently supported on the electric New Fiat 500 and the Fiat Professional Ducato MY 21 with Uconnect™ 10.25”, 10.1” and 7” infotainment system. The Uconnect™ Services can be used via the FIAT mobile app and some features are also available on compatible smartwatches, including WearOS, Apple Watch and others. My Assistant My Assistant is the package of connected services designed to offer you 24/7 assistance through features such as: SOS Call, Roadside Assistance Call, Customer Care and Vehicle Health Report. My Remote My Remote is the package of connected services designed for remote vehicle management, thanks to a wide range of services such as: Remote Operations, Drive Alerts, Vehicle Finder and Eco Score. In addition, E-Control is available for electric vehicles. My Car My Car is the package of connected services designed to keep you updated on the health of your vehicle, thanks to services such as: Vehicle Info and Vehicle Health Alert. My Navigation My Navigation is the package of connected services designed to take advantage of the latest satellite navigation services, enhanced by connectivity features: Send & Go, POI Search and Last Mile Navigation. In addition, for electric vehicles, the services Charging Station Finder and Remaining Range Map are also provided. My eCharge My eCharge is the package specific for electric vehicles that enables you to find, use and pay for charging at public charging stations, as well as keep track of your charging history. My Alert My Alert is the optional package designed to protect your vehicle, thanks to services such as: Theft Alarm Notification and Stolen Vehicle Assistance. Mobility Services and Owners In this section you can access partner offers and connect directly to web portals dedicated to managing and maintaining your vehicle. ATTENTION: Activating Uconnect™ Services is very simple. After purchasing the vehicle, you will receive an email to complete the registration of your account on the web portal and activate the connected services available for the purchased vehicle. Once you have completed your account registration and service activation, the system will activate all the services and send you a confirmation email. Now you can enjoy Uconnect™ Services! The compatibility of the available services and features may vary depending on the vehicle model, the infotainment system installed in the vehicle and the country in which the vehicle is sold. More information is available on the website dedicated to your vehicle and in the customer area. For all vehicles ordered starting from end of January 2023*, My Assistant will be included in Connect Entry services, the price of which is included in the vehicle price. My Remote, My Car, My Navigation and My eCharge will become Connect Pack, which needs a specific customer subscription. Connect Pack is available at no additional cost for a trial period starting from the warranty start date. My Alert and My Wi-Fi will not change.*Applies to new ordered cars only.
