The enemy player has no artificial intelligence, meaning that the races are pointless, since the player always wins. In the game's original release, the enemy doesn't ever start the race. In a later update, it participates in the race but stops short in front of the finish line. Lack of hit detection means that everything in the game can be driven through, including houses, trees, lampposts, humans, the opponent, and the truck even passes under a bridge instead of driving over it.
