After the game was released 2008.04.17 in CIS territories as Turgor, Ice-Pick Lodge was contracted by Atari to re-edit and re-write the entire game and fill it with exposition to make it more accessible and more marketable in the west. New version was released on 2009.05.28 in CIS territories as Turgor: Golos Tsveta, and on 2009.10.23 in EU as The Void.
