Whether you've gone to a show at the Varsity, eaten breakfast at Al's, had a drunken night at the Kitty Cat Club, or just passed through on your way to campus, you know the value of Minneapolis' Dinkytown. This past September, local filmmakers Jake Woodbridge and Kevin Horn, with the help of Intermedia Arts and Juxtaposition Arts, hit the streets to shoot a documentary about Dinkytown to raise awareness about the rezoning issue that's currently driving out mom-and-pop shops and over commercializing what used to be a small, tight-nit community.
