I wrote this poem from my heart addressing the very touchy topic on the differences between a "religion" and a "relationship". You see I am a firm believer in Christ my Savior and LORD. I am in an intimate relationship with Him. He is my friend, father and provider. What happens far too often though is that as people we can get caught up in the routine of things where we lose meaning and reason for why we believe in what we say we believe in. We get caught up in this type of perspective that we need to follow orders and precepts to "win" God's love. It's not the lottery. It is not what we do or what we practice traditionally that gets us into the Kingdom of God. God has already paid the price for us on the cross through His son Jesus Christ. We don't have to clean house to come to Jesus. He loves us as we are. Krstevski
