Contemporary global problems such as climate change, pollution, poverty and wars has produced a new political subject: an enlightened consumer, whose mission is to struggle for a better world by trying to control the markets and production through out better consuming. The polemic video essay The Gospel of the Enlightened Consumer asks can we really unravel these problems by consuming?
