In Eastern Europe, communism is coming to an end, and the mafia begins to rule the streets of Russia. Tima, an unfulfilled musician, begins to act for one of the criminal groups of Leningrad, where he quickly becomes an extremely ruthless and effective executor. The real challenge, however, awaits him in Poland, to which he flees from law enforcement agencies and rival gangs - Tim finds himself in the middle of a mafia war .
