Created during the Global Pandemic of 2020, Muziani got the idea from an audition self-tape where he was instructed to comment comically on trendy news headlines, dressed as a grubby, grumpy news editor with a messy desk and bottle of booze. Instead, he dressed and talked sharply, with witty and creative chatter. He did not book the part but fell in love with the format he created and has published a new edition of Hindsight Tonight weekly ever since.
