It adopted some of its style — shaved heads, steel-toed boots — and twisted a subculture based around obscure music into a rallying cry for race war. Three decades later, as we face another Neo-Nazi youth movement, class and WBEZ race reporter Odette Yousef delves into how the violent, racist subculture of Nazi skinheads pushed new life into a dying white supremacist movement.
