Hidden at the center of over-dramatic scenarios and ridiculous medical cases that would never happen (yes, I understand this is a drama but still this was pretty over the top) was a decent story about a man who cannot empathize with others. The supporting cast was a bit too large, but some of those supporting members were some of my favorites. The silly and unrealistic medical cases were frustrating to watch, because the central story was really good and heartwarming. Jang Hyuk was a fantastic actor in this, conveying so much emotion with very few expressions. The way he comes to learn about emotions and falls in love was extremely romantic and heartwarming. The FL was so great in this, never annoying and she made understandable decisions and had realistic reactions. I loved them together, although I felt the chemistry was somewhat lacking. Overall I was very engaged in the story, but found a lot of it was too overly dramatic. I definitely would not rewatch this either.
