I have run into this series when I was looking for something good to watch. The high rating encouraged me to give it a try. The plot is really good. However, the acting is a bit superfical and slow, as if they actors were playing in a theater. They seem to suffer from lethargy, too slow. Cinematography is good when it is dark and when the actors are in the jubgle. But, when they are in rooms and houses, the filming looks amateurish. Another thin that is bothersome is that the language switched from (badly-accented English) to Afrikanaas, making it confusing, compelling the viewer to resort to subtitles. All in all it is a good series.
