Story line
I'd got through four episodes and started the fifth when I realised that the subtitles were out of sync with the voices. That gave me an excuse to drop the whole thing. My German is fair but I wasn't prepared to struggle with Swiss accents for twenty five minutes.
Really, I'd only got so far as the episodes were so short. But the plot and the murders were so unbelievable that I was floundering to accept that this was a serious TV series. People were attacked but didn't tell village policewoman Tanja Hartholz who had done it. Murders were done in an absurd way and their cover up was ridiculous. The whole village knew who Ivo was but Tanja, a villager herself, didn't. It didn't make sense.
I particularly dislike the device of dead people appearing as ghosts and imparting tips and clues to the living. This was far too prevalent in this series.
I'm not a bit sorry the defective subs forced me to drop the whole thing.
The only saving grace the series had was its brevity.
There might be an audience for this, but it's absolutely not for me.
