I just watched all 6 episodes of this series via ARD/ZDF mediathek (a free and public streaming service here in Germany) and was stunned by how unexpectedly good the show is. I usually don't enjoy German shows just because of the bad acting and uninteresting plots (there are exceptions of course) - I am German by the way. And this is a big exception for me. The acting was really great, the characters unique and both lovable and questionable at the same time, like most of us probably are. Besided the sad and melancholic undertone the show has hilarious dialogues and scenes which made me laugh quite often (doesn't happen with many other things I watch), sometimes the absurd humor reminded me of "Herr Lehmann" and its characters. The Berlin setting just added more flavor for me, since that's also the place where I personally live. It's a little show that you will still feel inside you after it is over. Hopefully in the bittersweet and funny way it is told.
