In 2010, the 1+1 TV channel acquired the popular entertainment format "Stars On Stage" from the Swedish company "Zodiak TELEVISION". In the Ukrainian version, the show was called "Zirka+Zirka". "Zirka+Zirka" is a television project of the Ukrainian TV channel 1+1, in which 14 celebrities perform in pairs with famous singers. Among the participants are film and theater actors, athletes, models, TV presenters and pop stars. In the first season of the entertainment show, 28 Ukrainian and Russian stars participated, who were divided into pairs to win the title of the best singers.
