Teenagers Mike and Debbie witness a comet come crashing down just outside their little town. When they go to investigate, they discover the comet was actually a landing by aliens that look like circus clowns. The teen duo tries to warn the town, but they are brushed off and everyone assumes they are just playing a prank. The alien clowns begin collecting humans in their cotton candy webs to begin eating them, and it’s not til Debbie is taken by the clowns Mike steps in to save her and their town!
