“A tire in the desert suddenly comes to life and realizes he has psychokinetic powers. With a new life, he becomes known as Robert, and after getting himself standing, he tests these new powers by making objects and small animals explode. Suddenly a woman approaches and catches his attention, making Robert want to try out these new powers on her. He is only able to make her call stall, before he is run over by a truck. As the woman restarts her car, Robert manages to kill the truck driver that ran him over.”

Thus begins Roberts obsession with the woman and the long line of victims in his way, and the local Sheriff on a “Tire Hunt”.
