Storyline
It's always good when someone who's involved in a documentary knows what he or she is talking about. In this case Russell is a former drug addict and he never made a secret of it. Even during this documentary he tells it to people. Like when he sees the stuff he used to take and admits he still feels a draw to it. But his will is stronger. Question is, does an end to the war on drugs help the addicts? There are a lot of points and a lot of factors. One thing is for sure, the current system does not work entirely. And I do agree that it doesn't help to put addicts in prison - rehab or other solutions are necessary. One hour short this can't cover everything, but it does take the effort to give you many sides.
