Izzy Keane is an entrepreneur from Ireland, born on February 21, 19971. She is the inspiration behind and main brand ambassador for Izzy Wheels. Izzy, who has spina bifida and uses a wheelchair, used to decorate her wheelchair for special occasions with her older sister, Ailbhe4.

In 2016, they launched Izzy Wheels, a company that creates designer wheel covers for wheelchairs4. The idea was to give wheelchair users a way to express themselves. The company enlists about 20 artists a year and sells designer wheel covers globally. Izzy Wheels has been featured in Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Elle, The Oprah Magazine and TechCrunch and both sisters were featured in Forbes’ 30 Under 30 issue in 2018.

Izzy serves as the brand’s ambassador while her sister Ailbhe runs the company full-time4. They have even partnered with Mattel to create matching wheelchair covers for Barbies and kids.
