Story line
The Song of Glory There is lack of nuance with both the plot and characters that it almost makes this series feel like a parody. The sneering villains are super bad and the heroine and hero are sickeningly good. Having just finished the superb "The Rebel Princess", I can't but scoff and eye-roll at the one-dimensional plot and characterization. Don't even get me started on those ridiculous flying fight scenes. How is this still a thing?
